Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Returned with all tags attached

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We will review the case and work to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Personal care or hygiene-related products

• Items damaged through misuse or improper handling

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be in processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
