1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all physical addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. How long does shipping take?
- Order Processing: 1–3 business days
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery: 8–15 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier delays or weather conditions.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders $100 or more.
Orders under $100 have a flat shipping rate of $7.00.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

We're sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- 📸 Clear photos or a short video of the issue
- 🧾 Your order number
We will resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or full refund.
9. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Order Questions
10. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement.
After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

11. I haven't received my order confirmation email. What should I do?

12. What if my package is lost or marked as delivered but not received?
